Please don't lose your right to vote.   Always make applying for an absent vote, whether postal or proxy, part of your holiday preparations. If you already have a postal vote, please make sure that you will be around during the week before the date of the election, to complete and return your ballot paper.  Will the younger members of your family be able to vote if they are away at university?   Please be prepared - we could be looking at a General Election at any time!
